Account Creation: To participate in lottery games, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Failed Transactions: If a payment fails, your ticket purchase will be cancelled. We are not responsible for missed draws due to payment failures. It is your responsibility to ensure adequate funds and valid payment information before draw closure.

Refund Policy: Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or in cases of verified technical error. Refund requests must be submitted before the draw takes place. Post-draw refund requests will not be processed.

Spending Limits: We implement responsible gaming measures including daily, weekly, and monthly spending limits. You may set voluntary spending limits on your account. Mandatory limits may be imposed based on regulatory requirements. Limit increases are subject to cooling-off periods.

Small Prize Payment: Prizes below AUD $1,000 are automatically credited to your account balance within 48 hours of draw results being verified. These funds can be withdrawn to your registered payment method or used for additional ticket purchases.

Large Prize Payment: Prizes of AUD $1,000 or more require additional verification and are paid via bank transfer to your verified bank account. Processing may take up to 14 business days. For prizes exceeding AUD $100,000, in-person verification may be required.

Disputed Claims: In the event of disputed prize claims, we will conduct a thorough investigation. Our decision regarding disputed claims is final. Prize payment will be suspended pending investigation resolution.

Prize Splits: If multiple tickets match winning numbers in a prize division, the prize will be divided equally among all winning tickets. Each winner receives a proportional share calculated by dividing the total prize by the number of winners.

Tax Obligations: Winners are solely responsible for all tax liabilities arising from prize winnings. We may be required to withhold taxes or report winnings to tax authorities. You agree to provide necessary tax documentation and information upon request.

Tax Reporting: For prizes exceeding AUD $5,000, we will issue tax documentation as required by Australian law. Winners must report lottery winnings to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) according to applicable tax regulations.

Publicity Rights: By accepting a prize, you grant us the right to use your name, photograph, likeness, and testimonials for publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. You may request anonymity for prizes below AUD $10,000.

Compliance with Law: Winners must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to prize acceptance and reporting. Failure to comply may result in prize forfeiture.

Third-Party Claims: Winners are responsible for resolving any third-party claims related to prize ownership. We are not responsible for disputes between winners and third parties.

Self-Assessment: We encourage all users to regularly assess their gaming behavior. Warning signs of problem gambling include spending more than intended, using lottery as a financial solution, neglecting responsibilities, and experiencing distress related to gaming.

Spending Limits: Users can set daily, weekly, and monthly spending limits through account settings. Once set, limits can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Limit decreases take effect immediately.

Self-Exclusion: Users can self-exclude from the Service for periods ranging from 6 months to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion prevents account access and forfeits any remaining account balance. Excluded users cannot create new accounts.

Cool-Off Periods: Users can request temporary account suspension for 24 hours to 30 days. During cool-off periods, accounts are suspended but not closed. Balances are preserved and can be accessed after the cool-off period ends.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination, prize forfeiture, and potential legal action:
